She was born April 26, 1921 to Edna and George Watson in Durham, Oklahoma. She married Harold J. Anderson on April 26, 1940 in Canadian, Texas. They moved to Bella Vista four years ago, from Perryton, Texas. In Perryton, she was a member of the Chamber of Commerce, a Cub Scout leader, a member of Business & Proffessional Women's Club, Hospital Auxiliary Pink Ladies, a volunteer for the American Cancer Socity and a Lioness. She also participated in missionary work. In Bella Vista she volunteered at the Women's Shelter of Benton County. She attended the Unity of Fayetteville. Anderson is survived by her husband, of the home; by a son, Jimmy Anderson, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; by a daughter, Judy Anderson of Perryton, Texas; by two sisterds, Floy Williams of Edmond, Oklahoma and Margaret Riley of Perryton, Texas; and by two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and by two foster brothers, Joe and Ernest Watson. A memorial service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Max Wolfe officiating. Following the memorial service, the family invites friends for coffee and visiting in celebration of Mrs. Anderson's life at R & J Restaurant in Bentonville. Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory. Memorial may be made to any Hospice or the Women's Shelter of Benton County, P.O. Box 572, Bentonville, Ark. 72712.
