He was the son of Doug and Zula Williams Anderson. He passed form this life on Sunday morning, May 20, 1990 at his farm home twelve and one-half miles southwest of Leedey. Hart was working with his livestock, something he dearly enjoyed, when he was suddenly overcome with his heart. Hart spent his early years on the family farm southwest of Leedey. He attended the Union Center school for his first three years, then transferred to the Leedey Schyool where he completed the eighth grade. In 1955 the family moved to Sayre, Oklahoma where Hart entered school graduating with the Class of 1959. To further his education Hart enrolled at Southwestern State University at Weatherford, then transferred to Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. In 1964 Hart was drafted into the United States Army. After his basic and advanced training he was assigned to a detachment in Germany where he served as a Courier. Upon his discharge in 1966 he had attained the rank of Corporal. On May 22, 1971, Hart and Deanna Teurman were united in marriage at Clinton, Oklahoma. To this most happy marriage a son Brett Charles and a daughter Amber Dawn were born. After their marriage Hart and Deanna lived in Oklahoma City where Hart was employed with a fire safety company, a work that took he and Deanna to several different states. Hart had a goal that when his children reached the age for school, the family could be living on the farm where he spent his early years and the kids could go to the Leedey School. So in 1976, to make that dream real, the family moved to their present home twelve and one-half miles southweszt of Leedey. Hart had several special interest of which reading was very important to him, alway desiring to expand his knowledge. He also dearly loved farm life. He took much pride in his cattle treating them with care and concern. But his greatest love was for his family, always wanting to see that their needs were mewt to the fullest extent. Hart took a great deal of interest in his childrens school activities, he was honored by the Leedey FFA receiving the Honorary Chapter Farmer Award, and at the time of his death he and Deanna were serving as Sophomore Class Parents. At the age of nine Hart received Christ as his personal Saviour, was baptized and became a member of the Moorewood Missionary Baptist Church. After returning to Leedey the family has attended the Leedey First Baptist Church. Hart was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Lillian Anderson, and Charles and Maggie Williams, also his father, Charles Douglas "Doug" Anderson. Those remaining to love and honor his memory include his wife Deanna, son Brett Charles, daughter Amber Dawn, all of the home, his mother, Zula Anderson of Clinton, his mother-in-law, Pat Teurman of Clinton, a special "Son" Dav id Proctor, and wife Brenda, of Athens, Georgia.
