Andrews, 76, was born Feb. 9, 1906 in Hammon, Okla., to Fred and Loula Andrews and passed from this life Wednesday, Oct. 6, 1982 at the Community Hospital in Elk City. Mr. Andrews was married on April 12, 1925 to Mary Edith Archer in Hammon, Okla. Most of his lfie was spent in Roger Mills County living for a short while in Hydro, and Camp, Colorado. Mr. Andrews was a retired minister for the Penticostal Holiness Church. He was ordained in 1946. Preceding Mr. Andrews in death were his wife, parents, 2 sons, 1 brother and 1 grandson. Survivors include 5 daughters, Mae Parks, Cheyenne, Jo Derryberry, Hydro, Faye Jantzen, Lawton, Kizzie Marlin, Waco, Texas and Dammie Morris, Cheyenne, 3 sons, Fred andrews, Lawton, henry Andrews and E.L. Andrews both of Cheyenne; 3 brothers, Johnny Andrews, Hinton, Ford Andrews, Clinton, and Walker Andrews, Marietta; 1 sister, Flora Rasberry, Cheyenne, 28 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Friday, Oct. 8, 1982 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, Cheyenne with Albert Trent of Elk City and Bill Dodd of Cheyenne officiating. Interment followed in Cheyenne Cemetery with Rose Chapel Funeral Service, of Cheyenne, in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were Jodi Archer, Lee Roy Musick, Billy Sizemore, Jim Riner, Wayne Parkhurst and Joe Follis. Honorary pallbearers were, Glen Bradley, lester Pierce, Joe Whitson, G.B. Payne and Rollin Reimer.
