All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Red Hill Cemetery--Hammon OK The Elk City Daily News, Wednesday, December 31, 1975 Mr. Ackley's Services Set Funeral services for Hammon Ackley will be 2 p.m. Thursday January 1 in the Savage Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Ackley was born 12-10-1903 in Hammon and died December 30 in Cordell Nursing Home at the age 72. He had been a cook for several years in the Ringling Brothers Circus. He had lived in Cordell since July. He is survived by one brother, Glen Ackley of California and several nieces and nephews.
