Obit for Walter Burl Buffaloe

Services for Walter Burl Buffaloe, 82, were held Wednesday, February 
26, 1992 at John Lisle Chapel, Fresno, California.

Mr. Buffaloe was born February 25, 1909 at Maysville, Oklahoma and 
died February 23, 1992 at Fresno, California.  He was retired 
fireman for the city of Fresno.  He was a former Leedey resident.  
The son of Walter and Lillie Buffaloe, brother of Emmett Buffaloe.  
He married Emma Bell, also a former Leedey resident in 1936.  They 
moved to California in 1936 where they reared their family.

Surviving are his wife Emma; two sons, James of Fresno and Edward of 
Squaw Valley; five daughters Norma Akers of Clovis; Gay Channing of 
Burbank and Sandy Kirby, Bonnie Mims andc Glenda Mills, all of 
Fresno; a brother Murl of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 12 grandchildren; 
and 10 great grandchildren.

Interment at Belmount Memorial Park.
