Mass was Wednesday, January 10, at 100p.m. at Our Lady's Cathedral with burial in Resurrection Cemetery, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Beavin died Sunday, January 7, at Deaconess Hospital, Oklahoma City. Beavin was born in Roll, and went to Oklahoma City in 1923. He worked for the Mutual Life Insurance Co., from 1924 until 1946 and retired from Tinker Air Force Base in 1970. Survivors include his wife, Catherine; three sons, Eugene, South Africa; Robert, Oregon, and Michael, Washington state, a brother, Paul, Cheyenne; three sisters, Mrs. Virginia Murphy, Guthrie, and Mrs Agnes Dale and Mrs. Mabel Eckroat, both of Oklahoma City, and six grandchildren.
