Joe Clark, officiating. Burial followed in the Berlin Cemetery, Berlin, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under direction of Martin Funeral Home, Elk City. Mr. Bashaw was born March 17, 1882, in Locksburg, Arkansas. He was 90. He came to Oklahoma in early days and lived in the Altus area until 1936 when he moved to Elk City, where he has since lived. He is survived by his wife, the former Lois Sanders, whom he married December 26, 1950 in Elk City, three daughters, Mrs. Dollie Woodward, Cheyenne, Oklahoma, Mrs. Sarah Madden, Hugo, Oklahoma and Mrs. Helen Moore, Sweetwater, Oklahoma, five sons, H.L. Bashaw, of Cheyenne; Ted of Magdelena, New Mexico, Bill of Sayre, Jack of Elk City and Pete of Chandler, Arizona, also 20 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. (2 sons and 2 daughters preceded him in death). Mr. Bashaw was the last member of his family. --------------------------------------------------------------------
