The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ==================================================================== Surnames: Boggs, Vincent, Heflin, Hermanns, Rappert, Holly, Barnett, Taylor Nettie Ellen Boggs, a resident of Cheyenne was born January 31, 1911 in Hemphill County, Texas, to Marguerite Ann Taylor Vincent and John Alexander Vincent. Nettie was married to Lisle Boggs at Arapaho on May 16, 1936. She moved to Cheyenne in 1916 at the age of five and graduated from Cheyenne High School and in 1929 and from Draughns Business School. She worked at Cheyenne courthouse and bank before her and her husband opened the Boggs Insurance Agency where she worked until her retirement in 1963. Nettie was a member of United Methodist Church of Cheyenne. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lisle, son Vincent Boggs in October 1971, one brother and four sisters. She is survived by step-son, James T. Boggs and wife Betty of Oklahoma City, OK; step-daughter, Juanita Heflin and husband Glen of Midwest City, OK; six grandchildren, Tom Boggs, Sarah Hermanns, John Boggs, David Boggs, Linda Rappert, Terrie Holly; daughter-in-law, Judy Barnett and six great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Services were held April 13, 2001 at 10:00 a.m.. at United Methodist Church of Cheyenne, officiated by Rev. Don Harrold and Rev. Chuch Horton. Burial followed in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service. --------------------------------------------------------------------
