Wiley Franklin Bass

FRITCH - Wiley Franklin Bass, 87, died Monday, Sept. 29, 2003.

Services were at 11 a.m. Thursday in Central Baptist Church in Borger 
with the Rev. John Denton and the Rev. Chris Riley officiating. 
Burial was at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in Buffalo Cemetery in Sweetwater, 
Okla., by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mr. Bass was born April 1, 1916, in Beckham County, Okla. He worked 
for United Carbon Co. for seven years, Natural Gas Pipeline for 13 
years and the city of Borger for 17 years.

Survivors include five brothers, Durwood Bass of Olton, Harold Bass 
of Erick, Okla., Wayne Bass of Shamrock, Bert Bass of Borger and Dean 
Bass of Fritch; and a sister, Viola Potts of Lubbock.

The family suggests memorials be to Helping Hands.
