Joe Osage. Burial will conclude under the direction of the Stanley-Lee Funeral Home. Billy Joe was born December 29, 1933, in Quarter Master, to Daniel and Margaret Tuttle Bigfoot and died Tuesday afternoon, November 19, 2002, in the Veterans Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 68. He grew up in Hammon, and graduated from high school there. He then joined the Marine Corps, serving from 1953 to 1956. Billy was preceded in death by hids parents, two sons, Dewayne and Albert Bigfoot. Survivors include two daughters, Angela McDonald and husband John Effinger of Oklahoma City, and Francis Bearbow of Elk City, a son, Matherson Hamilton of Oklahoma City, and six grandchildren.
