All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::White Rose Cemetery--Reydon OK Surnames: Baker, Law, Haith, Originally posted at: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/5YB.2ACE/7165 BAKER FUNERAL IS HELD FRIDAY Rites Are Conducted At First Christian Church; Succumbs After Long Illness Last rites for Mrs. Nancy Ann Baker, who died Thursday April 30, 1936 after a prolonged illness, where held at 1:30 Friday afternoon at the First Christian Church in Sayre, with Rev. S.P. Austin, pastor officiating. Mrs. Baker had been an invalid for the past eight years and has been ill health for a longer period. She succumbed at the age of 96 years, four months and one day. She was a pioneer of Oklahoma, having moved to this state with her husband in 1900. She was born in Colombus, Ohio on December 29, 1839 and was married to George Baker at ___, Mo., in 1861. To this union were born six children. Survivors are three children Mrs. Ruth B. Law of Sayre, Albert Baker of Los Angeles and Mrs. Margaret Haith of Kansas City. Other survivors include 13, grandchildren, and five great grand children. Interment was made at the Reydon (White Rose) cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma by the Littrell-Johnson funeral home.
