Mr. Bailey was born January 9, 1890 in Panola County, Texas and came to Roger Mills County from east Texas in 1907. Mr. Bailey was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia. Survivors include one daughter Mrs. Helen Caster, Yukon, Oklahoma; two sons: Kenneth, Duncan and Vernon, Casper, Wyoming; one brother O.E. Bailey, Strong City; one sister, Mrs. Neta Howard, Durango, Colorado; and four grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Another of our old pioneers has passed from our midst, and will be missed.
