She was the oldest daughter of William Pruitt Underwood and Tabithia Ann Underwood of Haleysville, Alabama. When eight years of age she moved with her parents, to Paluxy, Texas. There she grew to womanhood and on May 21, 1895 she married James G. Bull. In 1900 they moved from Texas to the present homestead and lived there since that time. To this union two sons and two daughters were born. She was preceded in death by an infant son in 1896 and by her husband in 1915. She was married to P.J. Bull, February 19, 1917. Survivors include her husband of the home address, two daughters, Mrs. Marvin Easley, Berlin and Mrs. Zadie Moraine, Crawford; one son, A.D. Bull, Woodward; two grandaughters, Marvona Sue Easley and Marcia K. Bull; two brothers, Jim Underwood of Bluff Dale, Texas; Lee Underwood of Glen Rose, Texas; four sisters, Mrs. Josie Howell, Knox City, Texas; Mrs. Susie McCoy, Tulsa, Okla.; Mrs. Luella Greer, Los Angeles, Calif; and Mrs. Tishie Matthis, Walnut Springs, Texas. She was a devoted and long-time member of the Church of Christ a true pioneer mother who was always kind and loving and always thouth of the needs of others first.
