The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ==================================================================== Surnames: Boal, Winters Graveside memorial services were held for Troy Clark Boal, Nov. 27, 1989, Panarama, Calif., at the Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, OK. Troy was born April 19, 1928 to Malissa Clark and Merton Boal. His mother preceded him in death in 1942 and Merton later married Grace Crump. Troy always cherished Grace's love and caring fro him through those years. His father precede him in death in 1973. Troy died on Nov. 10, 1989 in Panarama, Calif. hospital after a short illness. Troy grew up in the Hammon area and after graduating from Hammon High School, he served in the National Guard of Oklahoma. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1940 during the Korean War, being honorably discharged in Oct. of 1954. He married Jeanne Rose Winters, who survives him along with their two sons, Jeff and Jim, Jeff's wife, Karen and their son, Nathan, his step-daughter, Mary Rose Winters, his brother, Hoy Boal, Green Valley, AZ, his step mother, Grace Boal, uncles, Joe, Skeet and Tom Clark and Dewie Miller, along with many hosts of cousins and many friends. The family request that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Troy. --------------------------------------------------------------------
