Mrs. Bell died Friday, April 13, 1951 at Rock Point, North Carolina where she has been critically ill for several months. Mrs. Bell was a pioneer of the Durham community, where she had resided for more than thirty five years. Mrs. Bell had a wide range of friends all over Roger Mills County which she had made during her many years of work as a sales lady. She was a member of the Church of Christ. The body will arrive at the Scroggins Funeral home in Cheyenne Wednesday. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Craig, Winton, N.C., Mrs. Buena Robison, Warsaw, Va; two sons, Dr. Orville E. Bell, Rocky Mount, N.C. and Albert E. Bell of Durham, Oklahoma; her father I.E. Davis of San Angelo, Texas; three brothers, Guy Davis of Cheyenne, C.C. Davis of Albuquerque, N.M. and Fred Davis of Oieto, N.M., two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Thompson, Austin, Texas and Mrs. Lenota Gamble of San Angelo, Texas. Her husband preceded her in death.
