Services were held Sunday at the First Baptist Church, Cheyenne, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Robert Webb. Born May 1, 1895 in Harden, Mo., Mr. Blann came to Cheyenne in 1902 from McFall, Mo., He was a member of the Baptist church and auto mechanic by trade. Survivors are his wife, Lula, of Cheyenne; one step daughter, Mrs. Paul Smith, Cheyenne; two step-sons, Chester Moore, Lapuente, California, John Moore, Okechobee, Florida; one grandson Raymond Guase, Las Vegas, Nevada; one brother Ray of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Mrs. Dela Green, Kirsville, Mo.; Mrs. Elizabeth Baucher, Stockton, California. Casketbearers were Ernie Haight, Bill Batchelor, Paul Beavin, Hub Bradshaw, Harry Dearing, Babe Frankford, Ralph Hanawalt, Wallace Payne, Ralph Kirk, Bill Chalfant. Committal was in the Strong City cemetery, Strong City, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with arrangements in charge of Scroggins and Son Funeral Home.
