Earl grew up in Oklahoma City where he attended school. In his younger years, he had a meat delivery route before going to work for Lane Wells Oil Company, remaining there for 19 years. In 1975, he moved to Cheyenne and in 1976, he married Juanita Hunt and they continued to make their home in Cheyenne. Earl attended the Baptist Church, He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Anna, 7 brothers, 3 sisters and 1 son Ralph. He is survived by 1 son, Gary Billingsley, Geary, OK; granddaugher, Carrie Lovett, Cheyenne, OK; sister in law Lydia Billingsley, Hinton, OK; former wife, Juanita Hunt, Cheyenne, OK and several grandchildren, host of other relatvies and friends. Graveside services were at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 7, 1996 at the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service. --------------------------------------------------------------------
