Boulware was born September 5, 1912 at Hammon, Oklahoma. Departed this life August 7, 1974, at the age of 60 years, 11 months and 2 days. He has lived in Oklahoma City for some 31 years. He was with the Nichols Hills Cab Company for sometime then owned and operated the North Side Cab Company, until his retirement 10 years ago. He was a member of the Briton Church of Christ. He was united in marriage to the former Gertie May Duncan at Hammon in December, 1936. She survives him. Ohter survivors include a son, Gary of Oklahoma City, a grandchild; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William T. Boulware of Elk City; 4 sisters Mrs. Herman Barnes, Oklahoma City, Mrs. Bill Smith, Elk City, Oklahoma, Mrs. George Bailey, Rye, Colorado and Mrs. Paul Jantzen, Lubbock, Texas, a brother, Everette Boulware of Iowa park, Texas, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a sister, Martha Adams in 1966. Funeral services for Mr. Boulware were conducted from the Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Elk City Friday August 9, 1974 with Albert Trent Church of Christ minister form Mangum officiating. Burial was in the Fairlawn Cemetey, Elk City, Oklahoma.
