Bullard Funeral services were held on Auguat 13, 1982 in the First Christian Church, Arnett, Oklahoma, for Ollie M. Bullard. Officiating were Carrol McCoy, of Mutual, and Chester Johnson, of Vici. Music was provided by Neva Jean Little of Cheyenne. Ollie Mae Foreman Bullard, daughter of Millard Fillmore Foreman and Lillie Mae Foreman, was born at Bartlesville, Indian Territory, February 23, 1894, and passed from this life August 10, 1982 at the age of eighty-eight years. She came to western Oklahoma Territory with her parents, borhters and sisters in 1903, and the family settled near Old Grand, Ellis County. She attended the rural Belleview school near her home and grew to womanhood in this community and the Little Robe community. On November 8, 1909, Ollie Mae Foreman was united in marriage to Royal Harvey Bullard, at Arnett, Oklahoma. Eight children were born to this union. Mrs. Bullard was a typical Pioneer wife and mother, enduring the trials and enjoying the privileges which were theirs in helping settle and develop a new land, always striving and seeking for a better and richer life for her family. The results of this way of life in her early years was a joy and satisfaction to her as her children and grandchildre grew to adult years and could enjoy the frutis of those pioneer years of hardship. Mrs. Bullard was a member of the First Christian Church of Arnett. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and a helpful neighbor and friend. In her retirement years when she became unable to maintain her own home, and needed special nursing care, she moved to the Vici Nursing Home where she has lived and been tenderly cared for these past five years of her life. Mrs. Bullard was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Bullard, two infant sons and three infant daughters; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M.F.Foreman, and five brothers, Delbert, Millard, Jack, Johnnie and Leonard. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Arveda Stucker of Hardy, Arkansas, and two sons: Cecil Bullard and wife, Estella, of Vici, and Carl Bullard and wife, Alice of Arnett; ten grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren; two sisters, Della James of Ogden, Utah, and Elsie Adams of Parsons, Kansas; two brothers, Jessie Foreman of Wadsworth, Kansas and Cliffored Foreman of Altamont, Kansas, numerous nephews and nieces, other relatives and many friends. Casket bearers were Roy Max Bullard, Terry L. Bullard, Tom A. Mitchell, Larry W. Stucker, William R. Tice and Ronnie Waylnad. Interment was in the Harmon Cemetery under the direction of Shaw Funeral Home. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
