Rev. James Edwards of the Channing Methodist Church officiated. Burial was under the directions of the Hass Funeral Home. Elice McCoy was born and raised near Allison, Texas. Elice married LeRoy Banks in 1980. She passed away October 7, 1997 in Amarillo, Texas. Elice owned the Matador Cafe in Channing for many years. She was a member of the Channing Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband LeRoy, two daughters, Donna Chamber of Boys Ranch and Jackie Abernathy of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; three brothers C.E.
