He died October 3, 1950 at Durham, Oklahoma, aged 58 years and one week. He was the son of N.D. and Laura Bingham, both of whom preceded him in death. At the age of 13 he was converted and became a member of the Methodist Church at Mangum. He was married to Jessie Allen November 19, 1911. To this union were born six children, two of whom died in infancy. His wife died September 25, 1928 at Carter, Oklahoma, their home. After moving to Durham, Oklahoma he was married to Leah Ross, and two children were born of this union. Surviving him are his wife, Leah; his children are Zearl Bingham, Belle Plaine, Kansas; Jack Binham, Durham, Okla.; Evelyn Shindell, Durham, Okla.; Sybil Bingham, Dallas, Texas; Rube Junor and Jo Ann Bingham of the home. He leaves two step-children, Imogene Bradley, Dumas, Texas and Madelon Sides of Fresno, California. Eight grandchildren three sisters and one brother also survive him as well as other relatives.
