ON the first day of January, 1902, the family moved to Mulhall, OK in Payne County. She was united in marriage to W.C. McKean October 31, 1902. The McKeans moved to Roger Mills County February 9, 1912, where her husband preceded her in death. Sister Bowman lived at Crawford, Durham until August 19, 1936, when she moved to Cheyenne, where she spent the remainder of her days here on this earth. She slipped from us in Sayre, OK August 15, 1972 at the age of 84 years, 5 months. She is a member of the Church of Christ and worshipped with the congregation that meets in Cheyenne. She is survived by: 2 daughters, Jessie Burns, Pampa, TX, Ellen Worley, Susanville, CA; 3 sons Ralph McKean, Durham, OK, Wayne McKean, Pampa, TX, Dale McKean, Carlsbad, NM; 18 grandchildren 27 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Ammie Brewer, Mesa, AZ. Services were held at 2:00 p.m. in the Church of Christ building with Raymond Duncan of Cheyenne, and Alex Strachen of Scotland Preaching.
