Mr. Bauman had been ill for about three months. He suffered an attack of Flu and a heart ailment complicated his illness. A resident of Cheyenne for the past 43 years, he was widely known throughout that section. Survivors include his wife and two sons, John and Henry, both of Cheyenne, Two sisters, Mrs. N.A. Harmon of Dustin and Mrs. Sam Maddux of Cheyenne, and two brothers, Ed Bauman and Owen Bauman, both of Cheyenne, also survive. A niece Mrs. Clarence Watkins lives in Elk City.
