Kelley Eugene Boyer was born September 4, 1967 in Elk City and passed away eaarly Friday morning at the age of 25 as a result of a caar accident in Roger Mills County. Kelley was raised in Elk City and graduated from Elk City High School. His working career was mainly oilfield related. Survivors include, Angie Davis and Brett Davis of Elk City Home. His daughter, Erin Brook Boyer of Weatherford, his mother, Janice Miller of Elk City and his father, Gene Boyer and his wife Tracy of Elk City, one brother, Robert Boyer and one step brother, Joe Miller, both of Elk City. Also his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Boyer of Elk City; Mrs. Francis Kelley of Elk City; Fritz Hutson of Artesia, New Mexico and Odessa Benn of Elk City, and a hos of aunts and uncles.
