She departed this life on October 20, 1962, after a serious illness of several months. She moved to Oklahoma in 1892 with her parents John and Martha Anderson, who homesteaded on a farm near Reydon, Oklahoma. She became a member of the Baptist Church as a young woman. She was united in marriage to Sam T. Berry on December 25, 1907. To this union six children were born all of whom are still living. They are John Berry, Spearman, Texas, Bryan Berry, Reydon, Oklahoma, Tom Berry, Torrance, California, Joe Berry, Cheyenne, Oklahoma and two daughters Alia Belle Maddux , Cheyenne, Oklahoma, Ruby Douglas, Placentia, California; she also leavews 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was prec eded in death by her husband in 1959. Burial Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, OK.
