June attended school at Crawford and married Frank William Barber on May 15, 1932 in Cheyenne, OK. They made their home in the Pie Flat Community where Frank was a farmer and rancher. She was a member of the Crawford Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by 1 daughter Judy Comer of Enid, OK; 1 son and daughter in law, Wayne and Shirley Barber, Crawford, OK; 1 sister, Wanzell Davis, Elk City, OK; 2 brothers, Travis Hardin, Candaian, TX and Jack Hardin, Odessa, TX; 4 grandchildren, Bruce Wayne Barber, Cindy A. Sewell, Joshua William Comer, Jarrod Wade Comer, 7 great grandchildren, Brandon Wayne, Megan, Abby, Kylie, Reid, Shelby and Darby Kate; and a host of other relatives and friends. Services were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday May 23, 1998 at the Cheyenne Church of Christ officiated by Ray Don Jackson, and assisted by Jay Eckhart.
