Born Marquerette Lois Atha, daughter of Calvin and Eddie Lee Atha June 1, 1984. she was raised in the Brookside Community. She married Arthur T. (Chick) Barker on December 6, 1933. She spent most of her married years in the Durahm and Reydon community, and spent the last 4 years in Sayre, She is survived by her husband, Arthur T. (Chick) Barker; 2 sons: Gerry Dale of Sayre and Arthur Gale Barker of Reydon; 3 sisters: Vivian Barker, Sayre; Myrtle Thompson, Sayre; Hazel McEntire, Reydon; 2 brothers: C.W. Atha, Cheyenne and Rex Atha, Berling; 9 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Services were conducted on April 30, 1984 in the Reydon Community Building with Bruce Mayfield and Harold Knight officiating.
