C.R. Tucker officiating. Burial was in the Lone Oak Cemetery under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service. Mr. Brown was born February 13, 1914, at Mayfield. He married Edith Barker on October 20, 1935, at Sayre. They have lived in Grimes and Sunny Point communities since 1936. He attended school at Grimes and New Liberty. He was a member of the Baptist Church at Buffalo. He is preceded in death by his father and 1 brother. Survivors include his wife, Edith of the home; 2 sons, Jack of Cheyenne; Richard of Clinton; his mother Ida Brown of Sayre; 5 brothers Murl of Lawton; Clyde of Shawnee; Clift of Cheyenne, W.W.. of Cheyenne, Laddie of Boise City, Idaho.
