The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ==================================================================== Obit for Mildred Inabell Bryan Funeral services for Mildred Inabell Bryan were conducted Sunday, September 19, 1993 at 2:30 p.m. from the Sweetwater Baptist Church with Rev. Eddie Wrather and Rev. C.R. Tucker officiating. Burial followed in the Buffalo Cemetery under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home. Inabell was born April 16, 1924 in the Mayfield community and died at the age of 69. She attended Sweetwater school. She was married to Wilbert D. Bryan on October 19, 1942 at Sayre. They established the home in the Sunny Point Community where they farmed for almost 50 years. Mr. Bryan preceded her in death on May 25, 1992, Inabell was a member of the Sunny Point Home Demostration Club and a member of the Sweetwater Baptist Church for more than 30 years. She reported the Suny Point news to the Elk City, Sayre and Cheyenne newspapers. She enjoyed her homemaking duties along with sewing and writing. Inabell sent many friendship notes and notes of encouragement to all of her friends. She was particulary happy to have attended her 50 year class reunion just recently. Survivors include a daughter Linda and her husband Neal Daley of little Rock, Arkansas; a son Charles Bryan and his wife Lanette of Edmond; 3 granddaughters Stacy and Misty Bryan of Edmond and Carole Daley of Little Rock; 1 brother C.B. Crook of Mayfield; 2 sistrers Joy Higgenbottam of Birmingham, Alabama and Carol Hanks of Amarillo, Texas and several other relatives. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother and 1 sister.
