Memorial services were Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the Buffalo Baptist Church with Rev. C.D. Baggett and Rev. C.R. Tucker officiating. Burial was in the Buffalo Cemetery under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service. Mr. Bryan was born May 26, 1891, in Greenwood, Texas. He was married to Annie Lue Stove on August 6, 1911, in Greenwood, Texas. The couple came to Sunny Point area in 1915. He moved to Sayre in 1971. He was preceded in death by his wife; one son, Harvey Dow; 2 grandchildren; his parents; and 3 brothers. He was a member of the Buffalo Baptisxt Church since 1920. Survivors are 2 daughters, Mrs. C.W. (Anna Belle) Atha, Cheyenne, and Mrs. Ken (Doris Faye) Peters of Edmond; 7 sons, Herbert of pueblo, Colorado; Robert of Elk City; Albert of Sweetwater; Delbert of oklahoma City; Wilbert of Sweetwater; George of Cheyenne, and Wayne of Amarillo; 39 grandchildren; 66 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Claude Bryan of Greenwood, Texas and W.Jay Bryan of Decatur, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Viola O'Brian of Decatur, Texas.
