"Bill" Brown, 81, of Sayre died Wednesday July 11, 1990 in Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus. Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Sayre Church of christ with Eddie Beard officiating. Burail will be in the Dempsey Cemetery, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service. Mr. Brown, son of Warner and Ida Brown, was born August 14, 1908 at Mayfield. He married Mary Louise Plummer January 15, 1944 in Sayre. After their marriage they lived in Grimes and Sunny Point communities, moving to Sayre in 1982 and belonged to the Sayre Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents, three infant childre, one sister and six brothers.
