Thus over a happy home the shadow of a little grave has fallen; and as another has said, it is wonderful how long a shadow a little grave can throw. This beautiful baby life was so precious but was permitted to remain only a season at their side, then called to its nature skies, leaving the earth road for them dark and lonley indeed. Death is hard master. He would take from us of our brightest and best, but he cannot ever mar memory. It will serve as a balm to our wounded hearts. Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday at 2o'clock conducted by Elder Martin, after which, the little body was laid away in the Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma to await the resurrection morn. God's purest angels will guard her slumbers. The Sentinel extends sympathy to the breaverd family. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Roger Mills Archives http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/rogermills/rogermills.html
