She passed away March 9, 2002 in St. Anthony Hospital, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 68 years, 1 month and 28 days. Pat grew up in Cheyenne and graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1952. She later attended business college in Oklahoma City. Pat worked as the administrator at the Shattuck Nursing Home for many years and also worked for the Shattuck Hospital. She then worked for Brown Ford until her retirement in 1997 when she moved to McAlester to be near her sons. Pat will be most remembered for her love of antiques, her beautiful handmade quilts, and various lovely needle crafts that she made for her family and friends. Above all, she treasured her family. She was prceded in death by her parents, an infant son, 1 granddaughter and her husband, Kerri and Brian Flugge, 1 great granddaughter, Breanne Nicole Flugge, and 1 brother and sister-in- law, James and Lura Mae Mogg. At Pat's request there will be no viewing. Survivors include: two sons, Jerry Strickland and wife, Bonnie of McAlester, OK., Tom Strickland and wife, Tina of Inola, OK.; her grandchildren, Ronica and husband Colby, Jerri Beth, Colton, Kellen and Kylie; one sister, Mary Marshall and husband, M.L. of Arlington, TX.; three brothers, Foster Mogg and wife, Beverly of El Reno, OK., Bobbie Mogg and wife, Joyce of Oklahoma City, OK., and Jack Mogg of Houston, TX.
