He came to Arnett, Oklahoma, with his parents at an early age. He departed this life June 14, 1970 at the age of 66 years, 5 months and 9 days. He was united in marriage to Vauda Barber August 23, 1923 where they resided on a farm near Roll for the past thirty years. He became a member of the Church of Christ some 13 years ago and was a true and faithful member. Carl was preceded in death by an infant child, also his parents and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife Vauda, of the home; two sons, Leon, of Borger, Texasd also Dauris of Borger, Texas, six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
