Preston Erman Bailey
SAYRE, Okla. - Preston Erman Bailey, 86, died Saturday, June 21, 2003, in Amarillo, Texas.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today in Whinery-Savage Funeral Home Chapel in Elk City with Kevin Ballard and Tom Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery by Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
Mr. Bailey was born May 15, 1917, in Moorewood. He married Eula Mae Burgess at Hammon on April 9, 1939.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Carlyn Baker of Amarillo and Viva Kay Coulter of Sayre; a granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Edward Bailey of Lubbock and Franklin D. Bailey of Florida.
The family suggests memorials be to Westview Boys Home of Hollis, Okla.
