He passed away July 20, 2009 at Amarillo, Texas at the age of 81 years, 4 months and 3 days. Zane graduated from Crawford High School. He was married to Pauline Weeks at Sayre, Oklahoma on October 11, 1947. In 1948, Zane began his career with Phillips Petroleum in Borger, Texas. They lived in Borger until he retired in 1985. They traveled for a year before moving to Amarillo in 1986 to make their home. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 1 brother, Wayne Beebe, 1 sister, Evelyn Wright. The family will receive guests at the home of Dennis Beebe, 6303 Rutgers, Amarillo, Texas 79109. He is survived by his 2 sons, Dennis Beebe and wife, Sandra, Amarillo, Texas, and Danny Beebe and wife, Sabrina, Yukon, Oklahoma; 6 grandchildren, Jeff Maynard and wife, Tiffini, Amarillo, Texas, Christi Beebe, Amarillo, Texas, Tanner Beebe and wife, Ashley, Weatherford, Oklahoma, Trevor Beebe, Yukon, Oklahoma; and Katie Beebee, Yukon, Oklahoma; 3 great grandchildren, Rhett, Jake and Will Maynard, all of Amarillo, Texas and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held July 23, 22009 at 1100 a.m. at Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service of Cheyenne, Oklahoma.
