Interment will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home of Elk City, OK. Linda Fay Chapdelaine was born July 26, 1940 at Muskegan, Michigan to Lawrence and Edith Bryan Gaylord and died Saturday October 20, 2001 at the age of 61. She was raised in Pontiac, Michigan where she graduated from Pontiac Central High School. She was married to Paul chapdelaine on April 27, 1965 at Pontiac. They established their home in Lake Orion, Michigan and lived in Owasso, and Coffeyville, Texas before moving to Atascocia, Texas. Linda retired from Wal-Mart as an associate after 13 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Paul Chapdelaine of Atascocia, Texas; three children, Anna Maloy and husband Michael of Dayton, Ohio, Ron Chapdelaine and wife Jenny of Canton, OK, Sally Drinnon and husband Steve of Wsatonga, OK; one brother, James Gaylord of Lake Orion, Michigan; two sisgters, Barbara Finch of Pontiac, Michigan, Ina June Strauss of Southgate, Michigan; and eight grandchildren. The family requests memorial in Linda's name be made to Northeast Hospice, 18951 Memorial North, Humble, TX 77338.
