He was raised in Elk City and graduated from Elk City High School in 1955. He worked in a Dental Lab in Elk City and in 1968 moved to Enid where he established his own Dental Lab. He moved to Austin, Texas in 1968 where he has lived since. He worked in Security at Austin, Texas. Survivors include; his wife Yvonne Chapman of Austin, Texas; two sons Anthony Chapman of Austin and Gregory Chapman of US Army Stationed in Florida; one brother, Dean Chapman of Clinton; also four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Private family services will be held. Note: Dale disappeared November 24, 1996 and was found December 23, 1996. He was cremated and placed between Till and Mary at the Fairlawn Cemetery. Everything found leads us to believe Dale died the evening of November 24, 1996. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
