Cogburn, 64, were held Monday, June 11, 1979 in the chapel of Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Home in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Interment was at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Mildred died Wednesday, June 6, 1979 in Albuquerque. She was born in Atwood, Oklahoma, on July 28, 1914. On April 29, 1933, she married Sidney R. Cogburn in Cheyenne. She is a former resident of Strong City until 1954 when she and Sidney moved to Albuquerque; two daughters, Jo Ann Pasby, Clinton, Oklahoma and Betty Gonzales, Corrales, New Mexico; two son, Charles R. Cogburn, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Roy Cogburn, Albuquerque; her mother, Mrs. Velma Tomberlin Cooper, Hammons, Oklahoma; one sister, Mrs. Letha Archer, Albuquerque; six brothers, Virgil Tomberlin, Portland, Oregon, Lowell Tomberlin, Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Bob Tomberlin, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Gerald Tomerlin, Sayre, Oklahoma, Leon Tomberlin, Hammons, Oklahoma and Bill Tomberlin, Alva, Oklahoma; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandson.
