He moved to Canaidan, Texas as a young man and spent the remainder of his life there. Frank was united in marriage to Virginia Garrett in 1920. He was a veteran of World War I and served as County Commissioner of Hemphill County Precinct for a number of years. He reitred in 1959 after serving 39 years with the Texas County.. He was a member of The First Christin Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Virgie, a brother, Ray, of Cheyenne, Four sisters, Winnie Cooper, Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Georgia Ivy, Cheyenne, Oklahoma, Dorothy Thomas, Durham, and Hazel Petersen, Cleveland, Oklahoma, also many other relatives and friends.
