Miona Vemeda Clift

REYDON, Okla. - Miona Vemeda Clift, 77, died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 1998.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Reydon Community Building with 
Randy Allen officiating. Burial will be in White Rose Cemetery by Rose 
Chapel Funeral Service of Cheyenne.

Mrs. Clift was born in Dixie, Ark., and attended school there. She married 
Elston Charles Clift in 1943 at Paragould, Ark. They moved to Reydon and 
later to Pampa, Texas. They returned to Reydon in 1957.

Mrs. Clift was a member of Reydon Baptist Church. Her husband preceded her 
in death.

Survivors include six daughters, Bobbie Sue Parker, Jeannette Lermon and 
Jean Adams, all of Amarillo, Charlotte Cooper of Wheeler, Texas, Peggy 
Gettle of Reydon and Helen Yandell of Shreveport, La.; a sister, Dorothy 
Wheeler of Elk City; two brothers, David Crockett of Joplin, Mo., and 
Billy Dan Crockett of St. Charles, Mo.; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-
grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
