Mrs. Clark passed away Saturday, May 30, 1992 in Kaiser Foundation Medical Center, Hayward, California, at the age of seventy-two years. She was born in Garber, Oklahoma on January 22, 1920, and was united in marriage to Dee Marvin Clark in 1940. Two sons, Philip and Jimmy, and three deaughters, Sandra, Laura, and Layne were born to Catherine and Dee Marvin Clark. Mrs. Clark was a former teacher and was employed in the Newark California School System for aa period of ten years. For the past thirty-one years, Mrs. Clark and her husband have resided in Fremont, California. She was an active member of the Church of Christ and loved her home, her church, and her family, keeping well occupied in homemaking, especially enjoying needle work and homemaking, and was an avid reader. She is survived by her husband, Dee Marvin Clark of the home in Fremont; two sons, Philip of Stockton, California and Jimmy of Union City, California; three daughters, Sandra Deeds of Erick, Oklahoma, Laura Pruitt of Moore, Oklahoma and Layne O'Neal of Fremont, California; three sisters, Gwendolyn Chamberlin of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Mary Dee Maynard of Washington, Oklahoma and Ann Biddy of Deer Park, Texas; three brothers, Roy Webb and Charles Webb, both of Arkansas City, Kansas and Wayne Webb of Texas; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren; other loved ones, and many loving friends.
