Funeral services were held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the Scroggins Chapel, Cheyenne, with Rev. William Chace officiating. Born September 8, 1880 at Neosho, Missouri, Mrs. Combs was married August 25, 1902 to Charles Marion Combs at Shirley, Oklahoma. They moved to Cheyenne in 1920 from Leedey. She has been a member of the Methodist Church since 1922. Her husband preceded her in death. Survivors include: Mrs. Faye Cross and Mrs. Iva Armstrong, both of Cheyenne; Mrs. Joyce Mogg, Oklahoma City; Charles Cross, Oceanside, California; Carl Cross of Los Angeles, California; nine grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Pall bearers were Fred Cordell, Billy Chalfant, Son Williams, Donovan Wesner, James Mogg, Walter Pasby. Committal was in the Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with Scroggins and Son Funeral home in charge of arrangements. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Ok
