Conner. He passed away August 6, 2004 in Tyler, Texas at the age of 70 years, 7 months, and 10 days. He attended school at Three Corner, Strong City and Hammon. Frank served in the army in the 1950's and continued to work in the freight line industry until his retirement. Frank was married in 1959 to Shirley Stevens and they had 3 daughters. He loved watching America's Team - the Dallas Cowboys. Building a 25-foot boat in his back yard was a fun hobby and later enjoyed many years with it on the lake. Frank became an active member of the Royal Order of the Moose and held a lifetime membership. While in retirement Frank found great pleasure in restoring an old 1956 Ford truck and quickly became his passion over the last few years. He enjoyed working in his yard and taking care of his home and 2 acres he bought when he retired. He was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 brothers Lyle and Bobby Conner. He is survivved by his three daughters, Christy Sims, Dallas, Texas; and Vicki Benton, Toll, Texas; and Tami Robinson, 3 sisters, Joyce Barton, Durham, Oklahoma; Lazetta Walsh, Albuquerque, New Mexico and Evelyn Tomberlin, Albuquerque, New Mexico; 3 brothers, Jimmy Conner, Cheyenne, Oklahoma; Roy Conner, Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Vernon Conner, Laguna Woods, California; 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held August 10, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Strong City Cemetery, Strong City, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
