She was preceded in death by her parents, C.A. and Mary Cary, and only sister, Edessa, and one brother, Weston. She is survived by one brother, Dr. W.S. Cary and family of Reydon, Oklahoma. Miss Nellie attended the Plateville, Wisconsin State Teachers College nearly four years leaving college to care for her sister who became ill and was an invalid for 12 years. Miss Nellie was in the milinery business in Sayre, Oklahoma, five years and in the mercantile business in Reydon for 40 years. She was an honorary member of the Rebekah Lodge and Order of the Eastern Star of Reydon. She acted as organist for both organizations for a number of years.
