Ralph Joy Christian

Ralph Joy Christian, 92, died Wednesday, April 28, 1999.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Park Funeral Home, Chapel 
of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40. Burial will be in Memorial Park 
Cemetery.

Mr. Christian was born in Cedar Valley, Mo., and graduated from Durham 
High School. In 1939, he moved to Amarillo from Durham, Okla. He was an 
Army veteran of World War II.

For 32 years, he owned and operated R&E Refrigeration in Amarillo. He was 
a member of First Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge No. 1239.

He married Etta Mae Christian in 1939 at Midland. She died in 1995.

He is survived by a son, Ron Gene Christian of Amarillo.

The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
