She removed with her parents to Day county (now Ellis County) Oklahoma, in 1894. She was married to R.A. Churchill November 6, 1907. Died November 4, 1917 aged 31 years 6 months and 1 day. Practically all of her life from the age of 8 years was spent in the same community where her jolly disposition and her big kind heart endeared her to all who knew her. For several years her health was very poor. Many times she seemed at death's door both before and after an operation that seemed to finally result in complete recovery of her health. Then how great the shock to her friends when on Sunday evening November 4, 1917 she was suddenly taken with a severe nervous attack resulting in the rupture of a blood vessel and with barely time to summon a doctor and a few nearest neighbors, she passed away. She knew the end had come, bade her friends good bye and assured them that she was prepared and ready to go. She leaves, to mourn her loss, a husband, a father, a mother, three sisters and a brother.
