He was the son of Benjamin Franklin and Malissa Lee Craycraft. He departed this life on May 21, 1957, at his home near Reydon, Oklahoma. He was married December 22, 1923 to Miss Tommy Wright at Woodward, Oklahoma. They moved to Reydon in 1935. They were in the cafe business for a number of years, later moving to the farm where they were living at the time of his death. Bob, as he was called by those who knew him, was well known in this county. He was fond of all children and never saw one he didn't like. Bob was always ready to lend a helping hand to his neighbors. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Frank. He is survived by his widow, Tommy of the home address, his mother and father- in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ace Wright, a sister-in-law and brother-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Earl Barker all of Reydon; one brother, John of Richmond, Kansas, five sisters, Allie Glaze of Burdick, Kansas, Mary Wells and Nina Frew of Garnett, Kansas, Nell Farris of Ottawa, Kansas and Mayme Newmaster of Richmond, Kansas; 13 nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.fv Services were held in the community building in Reydon by Rev. Lynn Heard and Rev. Horace Woodard, Baptist ministers of Reydon. Interment was in the White Rose cemetery, Reydon Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, May 24, 1957.
