Mearl Moore and Rev. Clyde Frederick, Leedey, officiating. Burial was in the Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, OK, under the direction of Martin Funeral Home. Mrs. Cordum was born December 25, 1879, in Grapevine, Texas. She was married to E.C. Cordum in Ardmore in 1898 and shortly after, they moved to a farm 3 miles east of Hammon. In 1920 they moved to Moorewood and then to Elk City in 1943. Her husband preceded her in death in 1956. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church. Survivors include 4 sons, Clark Cordum, Hammon; c.H. Cordum, Lodi, Calif.; Koy Cordum, Kileen, Tex,; and Buford Cordum, Arizona; 4 daughters, Mrs. G. W. Page, Leedey, Mrs. W.W.
