Services were held at 10 a.m. Monday Arpil 25, 1978 at N.S. Griggs and Sons Pioneer Chapel. Dr. Winfred Moore, pastor of First Baptist church officiated. Burial was in the Llano Cemetery. Ralph was born in Glendale, Arizona. He was raised in the Reydon community and graduated from Reydon High School in 1955. He had been a resident of Rmarillo for 20 years. Mr. Carter was a Methodist. He was a conductor for the Santa Fe Railway Co. Survivors include the widow, Fran; two sons, Brent Carter of Canyon and Roger Bartosiewiez of the home; four daughters, Lynn Carter of Canyon, Mrs. Kathy Gonzales of Clovis, New Mexico and Tina and Barbara Bartosiewiez of the home; his mother, Mrs. Willa Flue of Durham, Oklahoma and one brother Richard Carter of Cheyenne, Oklahoma.
